At PetLux, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at petlux1234@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at petlux1234@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first. If you still have not received it, contact us at petlux1234@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
